What we say about the Blackstar HT-110 Cabinet

I wouldn't ever say that any cab is awesome, maybe I just haven't tried the right one! But the right speaker cabinet can give you access to awesome tone.

In the case of the Blackstar HT-1101x10 Extension Cabinet, it provides a basic output for the HT5-H Head or even better, get two and have more dispersion and more accurate representation across a wider area. Some suppliers have theHead + 1 cab listed, others list the a combination of head + 2 cabs listed as the HT5-S.

Alternatively, if you've got the HT5-C Combo, then you could use it as an extension cabinet, essentially giving a similar set-up to the HT5-S.

The advantage in both of these is it's a portable mini stack, I'd prefer to get these into a car rather than a big 2x12" combo. The other main advantage is that you can take the right rig for the job. Not everything will require 2 x 10" cabs, so make it easier on yourself when you don't need anything larger.

One of the options I've used in the past is a cab facing me as monitor with a 2nd cab facing the bassist and drummer. Having separate cabinets opens up options you don't have with just a single combo.
